Résumé : Le projet ARPH vise à rendre à une personne handicapée une part d'autonomie pour la saisie et la manipulation d'objets à distance. Le développement d'un tel système, coûteux et complexe, nécessite la participation active des utilisateurs finaux. La Conception Centrée Utilisateurs (CCU) permet de tenir compte des besoins des utilisateurs tout au long du développement d'un nouvel outil. Plusieurs étapes de conception validation sont indispensables, très coûteuses en temps et en moyens pour développer des prototypes. Afin de limiter ces coûts, nous avons proposé une méthode CCU adaptée aux Systèmes Complexes (CCUSC), basée sur la réalité virtuelle. Pour qu'elle soit efficace, un simulateur du système APRH a été développé permettant de proposer des améliorations au système existant. L'objectif de ce papier est de valider ce simulateur.

Résumé : We present an accurate computation of the g-factors of the hyperfine states of the hydrogen molecular ion H2+. The results are in good agreement with previous experiments, and can be tested further by rf spectroscopy. Their implication for high-precision two-photon vibrational spectroscopy of H2+ is also discussed. It is found that the most intense hyperfine components of two-photon lines benefit from a very small Zeeman splitting.

Résumé : This paper presents a climatology and trends of tropospheric ozone in the southwestern part of Indian Ocean (Reunion Island) and South Africa (Irene and Johannesburg). This study is based on a multi-instrumental dataset: PTU-O₃ radiosoundings, DIAL LIDAR, MOZAIC airborne instrumentation and Dasibi UV ground based measurements. The seasonal profiles of tropospheric ozone at Reunion Island have been calculated from two different data sets: radiosondes and LIDAR. The two climatological profiles are similar, except in austral summer when smaller values for the LIDAR profiles in the free troposphere, and in the upper troposphere for all seasons occur. These results show that the LIDAR profiles are at times not representative of the true ozone climatological value as measurements can be taken only under clear sky conditions, and the upper limit reached depends on the signal. In the lower troposphere, climatological ozone values from radiosondes have been compared to a one year campaign of ground based measurements from a Dasibi instrument located at high altitude site (2150 m) at Reunion Island. The seasonal cycle is comparable for the two datasets, with Dasibi UV values displaying slightly higher values. This suggests that if local dynamical and possibly physico-chemical effects may influence the ozone level, the seasonal cycle can be followed with ground level measurements. Average ground level concentrations measured on the summits of the island seem to be representative of the lower free troposphere ozone concentration at the same altitude (~2000 m) whereas night time data would be representative of tropospheric concentration at a higher altitude (~3000 m) due to the subsidence effect. Finally, linear trends have been calculated from radiosondes data at Reunion and Irene. Considering the whole tropospheric column, the trend is slightly positive for Reunion, and more clearly positive for Irene. Trend calculations have also been made separating the troposphere into three layers, and separating the dataset into seasons. Results shows that the positive trend for Irene is governed by the lower layer most probably by industrial pollution and biomass burning. On the contrary, for Reunion Island, the strongest trends are observed in the upper troposphere, and in winter when stratospheric-tropospheric exchange is more frequently expected.

Résumé : The verbal transformation effect refers to perceptual alternations while listening to a speech sequence repeated rapidly. This effect is a rich source of information about the speech processing mechanism in the brain. In addition, the verbal transformation effect provides a tool for studying the mechanisms related to attention and decision making (including speech segmentation). In this work, using intracerebral EEG recordings from two epileptic patients, we found gamma activity related to verbal transformations in the left frontal and the left supramarginal gyri. We discuss these findings in relation to perceptuo-motor links and dorsal circuit of speech perception. We also discuss the link with a possible parieto-frontal circuit, already displayed in other perceptual tasks.

Résumé : Geographic Information System, GIS, are dedicated to view and to process georeferenced images. For the data fusion of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images with other information sources, one usually uses processing software to orthorectify the SAR images in order to add them in a GIS. Nevertheless, this projection involves an important alteration of the information of SAR images. In this paper, we propose a simple and efficient method by inverting the process: the radar rectification of georeferenced data. Coding data from a GIS into the radar geometry, allows the use of different information sources to improve the analysis of SAR images and the result interpretation. This approach is applied to a high relief area in the Alps, where SAR images are used for glacier evolution monitoring. Results are illustrated over the Chamonix Mont-Blanc test site on spaceborne images (ERS and ENVISAT data) and airborne E-SAR images.

Résumé : PURPOSE: To evaluate the feasibility of radioimmunotherapy (RIT) with radiolabeled anti-carcinoembryonic antigen antibodies after complete resection of liver metastases (LM) from colorectal cancer. Patients and Methods: Twenty-two patients planned for surgery of one to four LM received a preoperative diagnostic dose of a (131)I-F(ab')(2)-labeled anti-carcinoembryonic antigen monoclonal antibody F6 (8-10 mCi/5 mg). (131)I-F(ab')(2) uptake was analyzed using direct radioactivity counting, and tumor-to-normal liver ratios were recorded. Ten patients with tumor-to-normal liver ratios of >5 and three others were treated with a therapeutic injection [180-200 mCi (131)I/50 mg F(ab')(2)] 30 to 64 days after surgery. RESULTS: Median (131)I-F(ab')(2) immunoreactivity in patient serum remained at 91% of initial values for up to 96 hours after injection. The main and dose-limiting-toxicity was hematologic, with 92% and 85% grades 3 to 4 neutropenia and thrombocytopenia, respectively. Complete spontaneous recovery occurred in all patients. No human anti-mouse antibody response was observed after the diagnosis dose; however, 10 of the 13 treated patients developed human anti-mouse antibody approximately 3 months later. Two treated patients presented extrahepatic metastases at the time of RIT (one bone and one abdominal node) and two relapsed within 3 months of RIT (one in the lung and the other in the liver). Two patients are still alive, and one of these is disease-free at 93 months after resection. At a median follow-up of 127 months, the median disease-free survival is 12 months and the median overall survival is 50 months. CONCLUSION: RIT is feasible in an adjuvant setting after complete resection of LM from colorectal cancer and should be considered for future trials, possibly in combination with chemotherapy, because of the generally poor prognosis of these patients.
